Well, actually, the Virginia 'Patriot' License Plate isn't really celebrating the 64th Foot - but the figure in the design is wearing a red regimental coat with black facings!
DMV's design is probably meant to represent a Continental musician, but to me it looks like a soldier from the 64th tootling on the fife...
