Katarina Wong
Longing and Distance,
or My Year on Planes |
 |
|
New York
artist Katarina Wong is interested in
questions of identity, migration and
interdependence. Her work springs from
having spent a year traveling between New
York and Raleigh, North Carolina while in a
long distance relationship. A body of work
emerged from this experience in which
nothing is exactly what it appears at first
glance, reflecting an ambiguous reality.

About the Artists
and the Show
|
Baltimore painter
Mark Clark investigates how to give

metaphor for the human experience of
change
